General Manager
Haruna has over 15 years experience in both the Australian and Japanese client services industry. Her previous work ranges from routinely guiding and advising local and international clients for a National Australian company, to providing excellent customer service to clients from all over the world for an International Japanese franchise company.
Haruna is also a qualified associate architect in Japan. During her time there, she worked for a National commercial and residential development company providing end to end comprehensive client services including consultation, advice, drafting, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Haruna has a unique, compassionate but no nonsense approach to conflict resolution and successfully navigates internal and external issues with all relevant stakeholders to negotiate a solution. Her professional and personal experiences allow her to smooth over most issues in a professional yet friendly manner benefitting both our clients and our staff members.

Haruna has a love for surfing which called her to Australia. When she's not at work, she can be spotted anywhere where the waves call her. Crossing between the Borders of QLD and NSW, Haruna was even featured in the local paper surfing with the dolphins,
